Rey Digital becomes iDIP Solution

After four years of Rey Digital, we are pleased to announce an exciting change: Rey Digital AG is now called iDIP Solution AG.

A new name for a clear vision of the future

When we launched Rey Digital four years ago, our goal was clear: to help Swiss SMEs gain a future advantage through innovative digitalization solutions

Our iDIP solution has proven to be a major success factor and manages to inspire customers and their employees on a daily basis. It helps companies to digitalize their processes, increase efficiency and remain competitive in the long term.

In the meantime, several iDIP partners have already established themselves and are successfully implementing iDIP projects for their customers. This is clear proof of the potential and growing demand on the market.

By focusing on iDIP as an independent company, we are creating the basis for even more targeted and convincing communication - both internally and externally. This will create the ideal conditions for us to continue writing the iDIP success story together with our partners and customers.

What exactly will change for Rey Digital customers and partners?

• Rey Digital AG has been renamed iDIP Solution AG
• The company name on our invoices will be changed, but our bank details and VAT number will remain unchanged
• From the end of this week, you can reach us at our new addresses in the format [first name].[name]@idip-solution.com. The previous e-mail addresses will remain active for a transition period.
• Main number new: +41 58 776 71 00 | Support number new: +41 58 776 71 11. The telephone numbers of the individual employees will also change (see their mail signature, or please enquire about the new main number).
• All invoices and official documents will be in the new company name with immediate effect. Your existing agreements remain valid.

What remains the same?

Our promise remains the same: As Rey Technology, we will continue to offer the 360° automation IT digitalization solutions you are accustomed to. From the first consultation to the finished solution, we are at your side as a strong partner.

However, the focus of iDIP Solution AG is entirely on further developing the iDIP solution and successfully establishing it on the market together with our integration partners.

• Your personal contact remains the same.
• The location and address remain unchanged.
