Account Manager IT (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships in the IT sector. 

• Analyzing customer requirements and developing suitable IT solutions, including Modern Workplace solutions to improve digital collaboration 

• Management of the entire sales process, from the preparation of the offer to the conclusion of the contract 

• Proactive identification of business opportunities and development of customized offers 

• Conducting product and solution presentations as well as training and documentation for customers 

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and quick response to customer inquiries 

• Monitoring market trends, especially in the area of cloud technologies and modern workplace, to continuously optimize the sales strategy. 

Your profile

• Completed education in the field of computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification 

• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, software, cloud solutions and Modern Workplace technologies. 

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex technical issues in an understandable way 

• Goal-oriented work and independent action 

• Customer focus and a high level of problem-solving skills 

• Business fluent in German and knowledge of English an advantage
