Education Manager (m/f/d) with option for Deputy Production Manager
Location: Sirnach | Start of work: by arrangement | Job percentage: 40 - 100 % (flexible, as you can optionally take on responsibility as Deputy Production Manager if you are interested)

Your tasks
- Responsibility for the professional and personal development of all automation technician and automation fitter apprentices
- Training and development of our apprentices, for the transfer of knowledge and expertise
- First point of contact for all potential new apprentices and the organization and supervision of trial apprenticeships
- Quality control of training plans and monthly reports, as well as monitoring academic performance
- Representing Rey Technology at careers fairs and visits to vocational schools and training courses
- Preparation and acceptance of the practical qualification process
- Working on the construction and wiring of control cabinets according to plans and deadlines to bring complex systems to life
- Collaboration in complete project management from planning to realization, so that innovative solutions can be implemented for our customers
- Optionally deputizing for the Production Manager in his absence and supporting him in the operational management of the workshop
Your profile
- Completed training as an automation technician EFZ, electrician EFZ or an equivalent qualification to build on sound specialist knowledge
- Additional training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
- Coaching skills and enjoy working with young people and a strong sense of responsibility
- Experience in switchgear and control system construction is an advantage
- Knowledge of the common MS Office programs to create documentation
- A motivated, independent and customer-oriented team player to achieve success together
- Optional experience in leading or deputizing for teams, ideally with experience in the training sector
