IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Location: Sirnach | Job percentage: 80-100% | Start date: by arrangement

As an IT System Engineer, you are responsible for planning, implementing and supporting modern IT infrastructures. You are the central point of contact for technical solutions, analyze our customers' requirements and develop innovative concepts - from cloud solutions to modern workplace strategies. Together with your team, you ensure that our customers can work efficiently and in a future-proof manner. Your goal is to create reliable IT environments and strengthen long-term customer relationships through your expertise

Your tasks

  • Analysis of our customers' requirements and concept design for IT solutions 

  • Implementation of solutions, such as Modern Workplace concepts, to optimize digital collaboration 

  • Implementation of the developed solutions, independently or together in a team 

  • Communication and organization of smaller projects directly with our customers 

  • Supporting the helpdesk area and processing support tickets 

  • On-site support assignments at our customers 

  • Occasional support in the preparation of offers for our customers 

 

Your profile

  • Completed training or further education in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification 

  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft environment, in particular Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 and Active Directory, as well as experience with VMware (vSphere) and Veeam 

  • An enthusiasm for technology and new technologies 

  • Independent, motivated, open, agile and reliable way of working 

  • Customer and team-oriented action combined with high personal responsibility 

  • Good communication skills both on the phone and by email 

  • Sure written and spoken German language skills
