Software Engineer Service (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Programming corrections, optimizations and extensions to our customers' existing systems
• Assisting in the helpdesk team in troubleshooting operational issues of our 
• Customer installations
• Coordination and communication within the team, with suppliers, third party companies and customers
• Short-term and planned assignments at customer sites
• Support and advise our customers on malfunctions, optimizations, extensions and renewals

Your profile

• Professional experience in the support of electrical and automation systems in an industrial environment
• Programming experience with Siemens Step7 and TIA, Beckhoff
• Good comprehension, networked and analytical thinking, as well as understanding of technical contexts
• Open-minded, agile and reliable, flexible and able to work under pressure
• Motivated, independent, customer and team-oriented
• Driver's license category B
• German spoken and written
